Marshall has been selected in 2005 as one of six Illinois host sites for "Key Ingredients: America by Food", a Smithsonian Institution Museum on Main Street Exhibition. This entertaining and interesting exhibition will be on display at Marshall Public Library for six weeks beginning with the Grand Opening on October 2nd. Join us throughout the summer and fall for a full menu of scrumptious food programs, cook-offs, tastings, local displays, history lessons, tea parties, films, photo contests, ice cream socials, farm tours, and even a documentary about local food history! Tour the exhibit at your leisure and experience the world of food!
